The Upper East Side-based luxury boutique hotel has become popular with celebrities, foreign dignitaries and even the occasional member of royalty over the years… and for good reason.
The Plaza Athenee is one of the most well-known 5-star hotels in New York, with exquisite decor and luxury furnishings throughout. The hotel lends its style from classic French decor, and there’s a distinctly Parisian aesthetic throughout the 143-room property.
But while the property breathes opulence, despite the upper-end interior and prestigious list of former guests, renting a room for a few nights won’t set you back as much as you might think.
